Nursing is a Labor of Love

Nursing is a profession as timeless as it is fulfilling. If a fulfilling, rewarding career is what you are looking for, look no more. I am happy to have chosen to make nursing my life’s work, my future couldn’t have been any more assured. That was over 30 years ago and is still absolutely true today! You too can choose healthcare as a profession and love what you do!

That’s because there is far more need for healthcare workers than there are current healthcare qualified workers to fill open positions in New Hampshire, and across the country.

Free Training & Tuition Assistance

To meet the demand, New Hampshire has many programs to help fill open positions. LNA Health Careers is participating in programs such as NH Needs Healthcare Heroes, NH Needs Caregivers, ApprenticeshipNH programs with Golden View Health Care and Elliot Hospital in Manchester. Many other long term care facilities and home health care agencies are also offering programs to recruit caregivers and provide free training.

The Student to Workforce Pipeline

At LNA Health Careers we are focusing on nursing, phlebotomy, and pharmacy positions to meet the demand of New Hampshire’s workforce needs. Since 2002, the mission of LNA Health Careers has been to provide students with a quality education that leads to a rewarding career in healthcare. Our ultimate goal is to help students become confident, competent, and compassionate health care providers who can serve the healthcare community proudly.

There are countless benefits to pursuing a career in nursing. A great way to enter the field is by becoming a licensed nursing assistant (LNA). An LNA is the caregiver to patients ensuring their safety and assisting the nurse to promote wellbeing. At LNA Health Careers, we believe the best licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) was an LNA first. This role is essential to understanding and developing interpersonal skills, soft skills, and professionalism among the healthcare teams in healthcare organizations.

Wondering if healthcare is the career for you? Consider the following:

  • Opportunity: You can do it anywhere in the country.
  • Flexibility:  You can work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Changeability: There’s no limit to the number of roles and settings in which you can change and grow professionally in to.
  • Loving what you do: Love what you do, just like me!

So, if you want a career in an ever-growing field in which you will truly make a difference in countless ways there is no better profession to love than nursing.
