A Student Success Coordinator (SSC) is a key player in the Admissions Office. They meet with students and provide guidance on how they can best take advantage of available resources, whether that be academic advising, licensing information, or how to access free CEUs! This person really does have everything covered so you do not need to worry about anything else except getting ready for class each day. The SSC arrives every day ready to go, bright-eyed, and bushy tailed (and occasionally wearing sandals).
With the addition of an SSC role to the Admissions team staff here at LNA Health Careers, students like yourself do not need worry about finding class date/time compatibilities when juggling school schedules around workplace or life demands – just ask them how we do things here because their expertise ensures a smooth transition every single step of the way.
The dedicated SSC will collaborate one-on-one with you to make sure that your personalized education plan is custom tailored for success. You can rest easy knowing they have it all under control from start, middle and finish—and get back on track in no time flat if there are any questions or problems along the way.
They will help connect you with campus resources and support services. From where a good spot is to grab lunch and where are additional study supports are located, to tips on meeting with your instructor or clinical supervisor to improve your skills, your SSC is familiar with all the advice you need.
They monitor your progress and provide any necessary feedback. An important part of the SSC role is also making sure that you are on track to graduate on time. Are you finding the coursework difficult? Is your clinical site not what you expected? A conversation with your SSC will help you navigate those challenges.
