Patient safety :
It is every health care worker’s responsibility to make sure patient is safe at all times .As a nurse we have to follow The Six Rights of Medication Administration guidelines for implementing safe medication administration practices.It is important to remember that the right patient is the focus of the Six Rights Of Medication Administration.It is important to check the patients MAR before administering any drug . For administering drug we have to make sure the right drug , right dose , right route, right patient , right time and right documentation. Documentation is very important as it benefits the care and procedures that needs to be administered to the patients in the future by other healthcare professionals.
