Dr Evans learned to be. ore prepared in situations like this.
The changes made was to be more organized and aware of protocols
“Sometimes individual medical choices, like triage choices, are less a question of science than they are of values” What I felt that she meant by this is that sometimes you don’t have to look so deep into thing technically to do or not do the right thing. The easiest thing to do for someone that has one is to look into your heart and make the best moral choice possible.
My feelings about the system especially when it comes to the medical system is a blur. There’s so many reasons people do things and there’s a place and time when your personal beliefs benefit and hen they can be dangerous. To fault someone for not following protocols because a belief or a gut feeling of I’m doing them a favor can cost or save a patients life.
I do not believe there is a democracy only if you fall under the scope of what the government feels like democracy is necessary. Other than that it is their way or the highway and I’ve seen this with censorship of other countries media when it comes to politics.
Being proactive allows you enough space to this further ahead instead of the present. What I learned in life and as a student is to suffer now so you don’t have to suffer later and to also to do things now so you don’t have to focus on catching up when life is already ahead of you. This book and life have taught me that these issues are real and these things need to happen in order for you to be on top of things and organized.
