Dr.Pou is a very talented doctor. She is well known and very smart and courageous when it comes to her job. I can’t imagine being put in the place she is trying to make such big decisions while facing criticism from everyone around her.

Any Hurricane is so devastating no matter the effect personally or seeing how it effects other people. It is so devastating to see and hear how quickly someones life can change with little to no warning, especially when there is nothing you can do about it.

I think the law was initiated because they were trying to bring some sort of organization back into the world after the hurricane but at the same time it’s hard too tell if it actually helped or put more chaos and pressure on people who already lost everything
