1. Dr. Pou was treated very poorly during her arrest despite her good intentions and care for her patients. It is likely that she felt terrible about the way she was being treated, especially after working so hard to change people’s lives.

3. Everyone should be trained to react in the midst of emergency . Especially that of healthcare. Everybody should be properly prepared so that the safety of peoples lives are met.
4.Charity hospital was very much prepared in their reaction to disaster and the building they were in all together. It definitely would have made a big difference in the way people casually put stuff off, that could endanger other peoples lives.
