Pou was not treated fairly in her arrest. She was treated in a poor manner. It was quite a mess in my opinion. Pou did not have poor intentions behind her decisions. I’m sure she was very distraught when this occurred.
The outcomes of Dr. Pous innocence or guilt will focus on many things. Mainly legality, ethical justification, and the medical actions that occurred. The jury will decide on what her intent was. She will hope that the jury understands what her intentions were behind this, and hope they do not see it as homicide.
You must have the skills to provide leadership. Proper preparation with things like this is a must. Effective communication is extremely helpful in situations such as these and can change a lot of things.
Charity Hospital was much more prepared. They had the proper supplies and were all around much better prepared for what could have happened. They were prepared for anything thrown their way, and had ways to solve problems. Staff had been properly trained and knew what to do, and made decisions easier to make.
