. John Thieles perspective of the storm was that the circumstance was beyond control and the stuff did their best to provide cares.Thieles was not against euthanizing pets or humans because of history with patient. he was made clear that it was right to smother a man because he did not have a chance of living long.
. all the doctors and stuff give their best to provide patient care even though they were running out of supplies. different culture and ethic group may have various expectation about what kind of care they need.
