There are multiple drugs that have similar sounding names, and looks similar. These types of drugs are often confused with another, which can lead to more room for error. Tall man lettering helps differentiate from similar sounding/looking drugs. It is the nurses responsibility to safely administer meds by knowing the medication‘s and what the patient needs.
