    1) Dr Pou was a very skilled and compassionate cancer surgeon(Head and Neck) who followed in her father’s footsteps by entering the practice of medicine. She was a hardworking, talented, strong leader able to make quick decisions in the time of crisis. Dr Pou strength is her dedication to her patients, even in the face of extreme danger. However, some weaknesses are she is overly optimistic and her lack of experience in dealing with disaster situations.

It challenges and dangers that the medical staff and patients will face in the aftermath of the hurricane.
