I listened and observed a conversation at work between an LNA and a resident. The conversation was about both of their plans for Christmas. Both maintained eye contact, smiled, and nodded when speaking to each other. They both expressed happiness and excitement for Christmas. There weren’t any incongruities in the conversation. Both parties seemed intrigued verbally and nonverbally in the conversation.
