Dr pou is a very strong doctor who was fighting hard to keep the patient safe and give them the care they need. She was dedicated to her job. She give her patient hope to live during those hard time.

After the hurricane Katrina rips through New Orleans doctor and nurse were still in the hospital taking care of patient.
Martial law is an only instant when there was a lot of Cho. The individual were breaking and entering along with stealing supplies. Law in force were not able to keep off with everything that was going on.
