    After all of this, I would hope that next time they are better prepared for things that could happen. I understand that things happen unexpectedly, but if you are located somewhere that is in hurricane territory you should be prepared for something like that to happen. It did not seem like they had very much government assistance and support. It seemed to me like they need to prioritize the how and who they take care of at the hospital. It seemed like it was all over the place. However, if I was in a situation like this as a healthcare provider I can only imagine it would be extremely stressful, and your head may not think how it normally would. They struggled with their response time, which caused them damage. They should have found better ways to try and evacuate people in a quicker fashion. I understand that pets are parts of families, and it is hard to leave them behind. But at the same time if pets were not allowed there would have been more room for sick patients.
