I believe the 60 min article was fair. It was simply letting the public know that the drs and nurses had been cleared. Everyone has a right to decide on their own what they believe but facts are facts.
It was important to include high profile cases and murder rates to give the reader an idea of crime rates and how often people were likely to be charged in murder cases in New Orleans.
The page does not exist any longer for the episode so i did not watch it.
The attorneys had such a hard time with the AMA because drs have to sign up for it and many are not likely to because their are not clear guidelines on what the drs are covered for. Its like the BBB you sign up for the title but it doesn’t really mean anything. It is not mandatory to be part of.
396-405 not sure what the historical events are being talked about the pages were when Rider heard the news of no murder.
