If there was another hurricane a way I would prepare is to evacuate people earlier than the day the event is supposed to happen. Elderly people and children should be moved and first priority outside of the hospitals. Within the hospitals the the sickest should be first priority and the rest should try their best with staff to sustain their life and illness. Meds and food should be prepared and stored on the top floors of hospitals so just incase of flooding things don’t get ruined and there is easy and safe access. No animals allowed because if there isn’t any room for humans and humans are being kicked out then we should not allow animals inside.
