If I could fund one big idea before the next hurricane season, will be to prevent a good policy and procedure for hurricane or a emergency preparedness such: a emergency power sources as extra batteries, flashlights, emergency medicine, water, and food supply, important documents and resources. Why?
Because if the hospital had a policy and procedure for hurricane evacuation or emergency measures in the event of a flood, this should helped to avoid the some significant consequences of hurricane katrina.
