After reading the first half chapter of memorial there was different aspects considering the whole situation and what they had to go through to save people life. One big idea I would consider doing before the next hurricane season would be that hospital and healthcare should be while prepared for saturation like and know what to do, they should be while training. The state should have back up stuff or national guard where they can come and help the nurse in the hospital so that the nurse are not burned out. They should have an evaluation planned made so that when the folding and other stuff happens the patient are in safe floor where they can be treated safely. The hospital should have while back up supplies in hospital in case of emergency like this hurricane. Hospitals should not run out of supplies when it comes to life or death saturation. When it comes down to saturation like this if they have enough supplies and equipment that they need, more live would be saved, and to let them suffer.
