If i had to choose the thing that stuck out to me as one of the biggest issues and the thing I would want to correct, I would say it would be the government assistance. from what I’ve read they just seem completely lost, there not sure what is the priority spot for evacuation. their response time was not ideal at all. i just think going forward they should make a situation like this an absolute priority.
