1. Why did the hospital decide to turn people in need away? Was race a factor in this decision? Why or why not?
I believe they turned people away because they couldn’t even help the people in the hospital. I don’t think it had anything to with race.2. Was it necessary to euthanize the pets left at the hospital? What alternatives existed given the chaos?
