. The hospital decided to turn people in need a way because There were not enough staff and they were out of power outage and they were running low on supplies.
. Race was not factors,I think everything in the hospital was already overwhelming short stating was tissue,They were worried patient about patient safety.
. The decision made to euthanize the pet left at the hospital. I think that it was necessary because there was no one to look after them and they were running out of foods.there was flooding happening.

Dr cook and Cathy green are both health professional but have different approaches on patient.dr cook view patient as a task to do, as a Dr he treats patient with their needs and the illness that they have. As cathy green view patient as her self in that situation and want to help them. She is very empathized with patient who are suffering. As a nurse she feels patient pain and she is heartbroken to see patients who are suffering more and they can’t do everything about it.
. Mark and Sandra evaluate Vera LeBlancs because they saw that there was disaster
And that there was not enough communication happening due to cable and line damage due to storm and strong winds, flooding, hospital was in mass.
