I believe the nurses and drs actions once generators stopped working saved many lives. They had to hand pump oxygen to some, help iv lines continue to drip and keep babies with with their own bodies. They also acted selflessly. Caring for patients when they them selves were hot tired and weak.

The man in the middle of the night was a diversion for looting. Pets of employees were allowed because they were like family members and would end up dying if they were abandoned.

Organ sharing should be prioretized by who needs it the most not by who will have the best future.

Utilitiarian would not be the best triage approach because it focuses on everyone getting the best care that they need and that would not have bben possivvle with the lack of supplies and lack of staff.
