1) Landry and Budo are doing better than they were after Katrina. The hospital tenet and workers helped the nurses pay their bills after they lost their jobs. They were not as well off as Pou but survived with the communities help and were eventually not prosecuted. Wynn was mad that the nurses had to testify on what they knew about Pou. She blamed herself for the nurses being in a spot they were because she was the one who called them in to work in the storm. The testimony from the nurses was honest. They both said they injected patients and were not sure of the medical condition of the patients on the seven floor. Wynn, Baltz, and Rider were absent from the grand jury proceeding.
2) Nurse Cathy Greene said the quotes on page 440. Death is a touchy subject that most people do not want to talk about.
3)I believe justice was served due to the case’s evidence. The healthcare workers were put in a situation that no one would want to be in and dealt with the circumstances as best as they could.
