Landry and Budo are back to caring for patients in the ICU. Lifecare witnesses were not heard from only memorial witnesses. None of the experts were called to testify or the daughters of the pateints that died who were there. Also, Baltz was not called to testify either.
I am not sure what is being asked of page 453, it talks of outbreaks with H1N1, however i believe in the US we seem unprepared because we always feel like disasters shouldn’t/couldn’t happen to us.
Cullen from the assistant district attorneys office said they still believed it was homicide , where as the district attorney Jordan said he agreed with the jury , no homicides. Strange remarks from the same office. I believe justice was served because evidence has to show with out a doubt it was homicide, however i believe justice would potentialy have been different had the jury had all of the information.
