I’m very 50/50 with this case because it was said that looking into prior medical records would see if this was an accident, common practice or murder and they were cleared which is good for them but if many patients were found to have a lethal amount of meds in them then who else would have given them those meds.
It was important ti include high profile crimes is because some of those cases didn’t get justice because of a lack of evidence which reflected the broken system at that time in New Orleans
The factors that sway people from side to side would be the times that we are living in, religion, age and personal morality.
