1. I agree with the outcome, I think they did what they thought was in the patient’s best interest. They stayed and risked their lives in what was a horrible incident.
2. it gave the reader an idea of the murder rates in new Orlans as well as the rate of conviction

4. i think it really comes down to how you were brought up, your culture or religion would be the biggest contributing factors.
5. The AMA started new guidelines after the events of Katrina. it was hard for the attorney to utilize the ama cause most drs were not using as it was not a mandatory thing.
