    . I think that it was not fair for those doctor and nurses to be Jailed things they did not do.They did their best to serve those patients who were in need of medical treatment. All medical professional who were going through tough time with limited medical supplies did their best they could to save people lives.
    . It was important that fink included information about high profile murders and murder rate in New Orleans because there was many murder through the hospitals with higher rate of homicide rate.

    . On page 384- 396 the historical perspective is brought up because mercy killing have both negative and positive sides. But I believe that mercy killing come when patient who is incapable of getting better during a time of suffering, it provides them with less suffering.
    . Dr pour’s attorney had such a difficult time finding useful guidelines from the AMA because there was no guidelines on how to act in a situation like this.
    The Arthur Caplan’s opinion of what happened at memorial was that Dr pou and her other stuff were put into impossible situation and they did their best under the circumstances they were put into. The AMA decides to create new guidelines during disaster to protect doctors from being accused of killing patients.
