What stood out to me during Pou’s arrest was the fact that even when she was being arrested wrongfully she was still selfless and that is what healthcare is all about. You come to work and put your needs to the side until your patients needs are met.
Her cult or innocence will be determined by medical records of patients before the storm.
The skills needed by someone to be affective during a crisis is proactivity and planning.
Charity Hospital fare did better because they had a better disaster plan for their hospital.
