1. she wasn’t treated very well and felt like she was being treated like a common criminal, she obviously felt like she was doing the right thing.

2. it pretty much comes down to the court of public opinion, he wants her to be seen as a good person doing what she thought was best.

3. I think the evacuation process mattered the most and unfortunately the only way to be prepared for a situation like this is to experience this type of event.

4. I feel as though they were just better prepared, they had a better evacuation process, and they prioritized getting the sickest out first
