1. Memorial had more deaths then any other hospital in the area.
2. To have proof behind why they did what they did
3. By a telephone call with a generic message. The other went to over hospitals.
4. They injected midazolam in high amounts, not just for comfort
5. They didn’t want anyone to have to suffer
