    1. Memorials death count was higher then other hospitals during the disaster.

    2. Tenant would have to show that they acted approperetly and they would need to produce medical records to prove it.

    3. Families were notified by letter/mail. The patients that were evacuated by bus and air were either taken to other hospitals or dropped off at what supposed to be a check point, with care provided which would then take them to another location.

    4. Investigators learn that there was lethal levels of morphine and other drugs in almost all of the patients that died at memorial. This is important because most of the patients had not been previously prescribed the drug.

    5. Shaffer reminds himself not to get emotionally involved because he had recently lost his daughter and his wife had lost her father. He needed to remind him self not to let his feelings of loss/frustration and feelings towards the health providers who had helped his daughter get in the way of the case.
