The five writing styles are:

1. Narrative writing is story writing including personal essays, fairy tales, short stories, novels, plays, screenplays, histories, and autobiographies.

2. Analytical writing shows the writers thought process in reaching their conclusion.

3. Expository writing is used to explain, describe, give information or to inform.

4. Persuasive writing uses logic and reason to show that one idea is more legitimate, then another. The writer attempts to persuade a reader to choose a certain point of view or to take a particular action.

5. Argumentative writing investigates a topic, then collects, generates and evaluates evidence to support a position on a topic.

My favorite style of writing is texting and using emojis.
