For me the challenges Sheri fink have faced is to put all 500 interviews in the some book,she offers a stunning ,re-creation of the storm.every pages gives evidence of research,thousand of hours spent interviewing.the dilemmas ,I would think is to accomplishing in a story with this kind of moral complexity.gives voice to all side and leaves the conclusions and judgements.I think DR ANNA POU had a very hard moments take a decision,she was a the kind of cancer surgeon,who fought to give patients with pour prognosis the latest treatment and every last possible chance to survive.and she couldn’t do it at this time,the exemption was for the essential hotel workers.to serve the tourist essentials criminal sheriff,office workers,who were needed to keep their eyes on prisoner,hospitals and their workers,people mingght get hurt in the hurricane.the order was to fill their up stairs bathtub with water after the storm that would be the only source for drinking,bathing and flushing toilets
