I believe Dr.Pou is a caring, dedicated doctor it is clearly stated in all accounts of her.
I have to say I do not believe any one can nor should judge given the fact that we were not there under extreme circumstances in which most of us could not possibly imagine ever being in.
The hospital clearly didn’t have a system in place for the situation they faced, days in heat no electricity no access to proper medical equipment needed to take of patients.
martial law is put in effect in this situation because of natural disaster.
