1. I don’t personally believe race had anything to do with them turning people away. they already had their hands full and were struggling enough to take care of the people they had. I also think they were taking extra precautions with some of the people who were looting.
2. I understand they felt like they it would be less suffering to ethnize them, however i think there were other alternatives, such as letting them stay and potentially come back for them.
3. I understand both sides. obvisoley she is someone’s mother and should be treated as such, nurse green was seeing this situation from a human-to-human level. I also see where the dr is coming from as he’s being more of a realist in the situation and understanding that they probley can’t save everyone.
4. I think the biggest issue is that nobody is on the same page with the decisions being made, if there were some level of continuity i think things would have gone a lot better
