    1. What stood out to me in regards to Pou’s arrest is that they were prosecuted for knowingly administering lethal doses of medicine to the patients.
    2. Innocence or guilt will be determined based on ethics. Many other nurses at Pous arrest spoke up. We are wondering if Pou did this for comfort, or in an attempt to make the hospital have one less patient.
    3. One can develop the necessary skills to provide leadership during a crisis by not showing fear, depending on themselves, strive for others’ trust, taking classes in case of disaster, and form effective communication and coordination.
    4. Charity Hospital fare much better during the hurricane because they had a disaster plan and they were readily prepared for hurricane Katrina to come. They maintained ample extra supplies in case of disaster. Many of the staff at Charity were ready to take action once the time came.
