    1. I think some of the decisions that kept people alive were moving them to areas of the hospital were the heat was not as severe, I think there were a lot more deaths due to the miscommunication and disorganized federal agencies that were not congruent with their priorities.

    2. the man in the middle of the night was just drawing people out of the hospital so he could loot their belongings. pets were allowed cause owners didn’t want to leave their pets to fend for themselves during the storm.

    3. I can honestly see this from both sides, I understand his irritation, however he was not there throughout all the hardships the staff went through, they were tired mentally and physically. so, I would say it was more of an outside perspective.

    4. yes it did fit they did apply a number system to determine their status. ultimately it could have been done better by the outside agencies as far as rescuing goes
