From what I have read Dr Pou is a very committed to her patients. IT is very evident she has a passion for her line of work. I feel her downfall comes to those in authoritative positions, here she is not being the best version of herself, and through no fault of her own not being prepared for what was to come in the days ahead made her seems as though she lacked with experience.
After reading this it seemed hopeful, I don’t think anyone was prepared for what was yet to come. Glad they were ready though for the first impacts of the storm.
they had to put Marshall law into place because of all the dangers it was posing in the community with the looting and corruptness taking place , it was a safety issues for those that were taking shelter and the venerable in the hospital, as well staff putting them all at risk for harm.
