    1. She was described as a “surgeon whose strong work ethic earned respect from doctors and nurses alike” and also describe as a second-degree murderer. although she was beautiful, funny, and sociable by nature at age forty-nine her life revolved around her surgical career and her dimple smile of a prom queen.

Her Strengths and weaknesses – she’s a dedicated, hardworking physician strong enough to stay for the hurricane when others flew, she is active, effective, and determined and never gives up on her patients, she gave the best care in regardless of the problem. Her leadership skills were pronounced. Her weakness was providing compelling evidence that she and others at the center were involved in euthanizing patients, she was accused of injecting these critically ill patients with a lethal combination of morphine. The intention was to help patients that were having pain and sedate the patients who were anxious.

    3. It was instated because they were under Marshall law and an extremely rare assumption of police powers by the military typically requiring an act of congress in a disaster zone, people were breaking into businesses and looting merchandise.
