Discussion – Communication Observation

Listen to and observe 10 minutes of an interchange between two adults speaking to one another at school, church, or work. Then, answer the following questions:
• What verbal and nonverbal behaviors did you observe?
• Based on your observations, what feelings were expressed?
• What incongruities did you observe between verbal and nonverbal communication during the exchange?
