    My mother was also very strict on me growing up as a kid. With her grandchildren she had a lot of leniency. They had the opportunity to wake up anytime they wanted on a Saturday and not have to worry about doing chores, because she would pick up behind them. As a kid I swear my mother was the staff Sargent, beds had to be made before watching Saturday morning cartoons.

    I have often heard that the adrenaline impulse will give you the ability to forget about a lot of things reasons why so many people go on runs or go to the gym. Fantastic to see the different styles of relaxation techniques thank you for sharing.

    Hi Natalie Music can be one of the most relaxing therapy one can think of. I feels it puts you into a mode of tranquility where you are safe as a person and no one can enter that space. Thank you for sharing this awesome technique.

    The exact words of statement mental health was a taboo subject. Instead of treatment, it was lets’ hide them away and pretend existence and the issues did not exist.
