    1.) Memorial hospital had the highest patient deaths compared to any other hospital or nursing home effected.

    2.) Tenet would have to show not only compassion for the workers, patients, and families effected, but also support their employees in the after math that would come.

    3.) The patients that were evacuated were sent over to other local hospitals. Families were informed of their loved ones death via email.

    4.) High amounts of Midazolam and morphine were found in the bodies during the autopsies. Midazolam is in question, because there was no reason for it to be administered as it was to the patients.

    5.) “Don’t Get Emotionally Involved” was Butch’s mantra when his daughter overdosed and he had to make life decisions.
