After this program I plan on working at a Longterm facility. I like to help people in the long run and bring positive vibes to their lives. Not all residents’ patients will accept but the least I can do is try to enhance their lives. I do not plan on working where I am right now. the staff i work with do not care about the residents like they should, and I think that is horrible. They care more about the drama in the facility which is a pathetic way to work in a Longterm care facility.
