will provide
you with the necessary training to become a licensed professional! You can complete the course in as little as 3 1/2 weeks. Our admissions office can provide you with an application and a State required pre-entrance exam.
The exam consists of basic math, reading comprehension and vocabulary
skills, in English. The application and pre-test are available
online, or you can have one sent to you by calling the phone
number listed below.
We offer weekday, evening and weekend classes to fit your busy
schedule. We understand that many of our students have other
responsibilities such as families, full or part time jobs and
other forms of education that they need to work around in order
to get their LNA license. We try to be flexible with our classes
in order to work with your schedule rather than against it.
All of our Instructors are NH Board of Nursing approved and are sent
through a training program where they must demonstrate their ability
to teach effectively. All of the Instructors have previous experience
in long term care prior to teaching as well as a variety of other Nursing experience that they will share with you during class.
Classes
are held in over 15 facilities through out New Hampshire. Our
office is located in Manchester at 22 Concord Street. We have three private
classrooms in Manchester that are all fully equipped
with simulated clinical rooms, complete with semi-electric
beds, hand-washing facilities, wheelchairs, walkers, lifts and all other
supplies necessary to provide a positive, hands on learning
environment. Our other training facilities are located through
out Southern NH (Manchester, Concord, Derry, Bedford, Nashua, Goffstown) as well as
Laconia, Jaffrey and Dover.
Students participate in 50 hours of classroom and lab and 60 hours of
clinical where they are working right on the floor with the
residents at their training facility. Learning is achieved through videos, interactive
games, hands on participation and minimal class lecturing. As part
of our creative teaching style, all tests are available
on audio CDs for students who prefer to have them read orally. At
any point during the program, should a student desire a tutor
we will provide one for an additional fee. We are here to help you to succeed in reaching your educational goals.
There is no additional fee for the State exam (unless a retake is needed),
and it is always held with in one week upon course completion. We provide
to our students same day verbal test results as well. All State
exams are held at our approved state testing room in Manchester.
Please feel free to contact us at 603-647-2174 with
